Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech
No matter what time you arrive, we’ll be waiting for you at Menara Airport with a warm welcome.
Transfer to a traditional riad in the Atlas Mountains, where you’ll relax and prepare for the adventure ahead.
Day 2: Imlil (1740m) – Tizi N’Tamatert Pass (2279m) – Tacheddirt (3000m)
After breakfast, meet your mule team and begin your trek from Imlil, a charming Berber village.
Climb to the Tizi N’Tamatert Pass (2279m), where you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the valleys below.
Descend to the picturesque village of Ouanskra and continue to Tacheddirt, where you’ll camp near the river.
Day 3: Tacheddirt – Azib Likkemt
Trek across the valley and up to the Tizi Likkemt Pass (3555m), a challenging but rewarding climb.
Marvel at the stunning views of the Toubkal massif before descending to Azib Likkemt for an overnight camp.
Day 4: Azib Likkemt – Tizi n’Ououraine (3120m) – Amsouzart
Embark on a long but scenic trek through diverse landscapes.
From the Tizi n’Ououraine Pass, enjoy panoramic views of the Toubkal massif, including the summit and the Ifni Dome (3876m).
Continue to Amsouzart, one of the most beautiful villages in the region, and spend the night in a cozy village gite.
Day 5: Amsouzart – Ifni Lake
Explore small villages west of Amsouzart as you make your way to Ifni Lake, the only lake in the Toubkal massif.
Surrounded by rocky mountains and dramatic landscapes, this serene spot is perfect for relaxation.
Spend the afternoon by the lake and camp overnight in this magical setting.
Day 6: Ifni Lake – Tizi n’Ouanoums (3664m) – Nelter Hut
Today’s trek is the most challenging but also the most rewarding.
Climb the steep path to the Tizi n’Ouanoums Pass (3664m), a narrow ledge between towering rock formations.
Descend to the Nelter Hut, where you’ll spend the night in the mountain refuge or camp outside.
Day 7: Nelter Hut – Mount Toubkal Summit (4167m) – Imlil – Marrakech
Rise before dawn for the final ascent to the summit of Mount Toubkal (4167m), the highest peak in North Africa.
Celebrate your achievement as you take in breathtaking views of the Atlas range and the Marrakech plains.
Descend to Imlil and transfer back to Marrakech for a well-deserved rest.
Day 8: Transfer to Airport
Depending on your flight time, we’ll transfer you to Menara Airport for your departure.
